At Least There’s Some Truth In It Now

Posted By on February 25, 2009

I am constantly claiming that we are the unluckiest people around. The husband buys the occasional lottery ticket, and I nag him about how that was nothing more than a dollar wasted, because nothing lucky happens to us. Ever.

So, really, I shouldn’t have been so surprised when we got the news that another offer had trumped ours. (Nor should I have cried, ranted, raved and been depressed all day – but I’ll claim pregnancy on that one).

Seriously though, folks, what are the odds that after 260-some days on the market, someone else would make an offer at the exact same time as us?

Seriously.
