On our way to the Smithsonian.
City swarmed with Boy Scouts.
Something about 100 years of service.
Or something like that. It was hot. Too hot to really wonder about the whys.
An entire parade, just for the Boy Scouts . . .
And Santa.
Seriously.

Boy Scouts.
July.
100 degrees.
Not an effing reindeer in sight.
Apparently the off season is a little slow in the North Pole.
