Lazy Sunday: Just Because

Because I’m sulking about not having the skills to do some crazy-expensive-in-the-salon crazy stuff to my hair on my own . . . and nursing a tender and burned bit of my head.
Because I can’t even drown my sorrows in chocolate and sweets, after a routine trip to the dentist left me with mind-blowing pain at the Novocaine injection sites . . . and a week long headache that even industrial strength painkillers isn’t touching.
Because my ears are still ringing after two days of the girls being completely out of sorts . . . which has left the husband and I bewildered and wondering about that full moon connection.
And simply because there is nothing better for the end of a down day than a few of the things I love . . .
Have I mentioned how much I ADORE (and covet) her HAIR COLOR?!?! Beautiful!!
My hair is still a bit orange from my attempt to dye my own hair. This is even after I gave in and went to a crazy expensive salon to get it fixed. What did you try to do to yours?
Those blue extensions I had at fair . . . yeah. I have a mess of purple ones, just waiting to go in. Even had M playing hairdresser for me (the things he puts up with!) and we just couldn’t do it.
I need a better paying job so I won’t feel so bad with this new obsession and getting it done the right way!
I know I say this a lot here, but I mean it this time. For real.
